My Story
Where It Began
Water has always been my refuge. I was a clumsy, book-obsessed kid who never quite fit on land—but underwater, I found freedom, grace, and strength.
The Leap
After studying neuroscience and fine arts photography, I traded city life for saltwater. I’ve lived and worked in 9 countries across 4 continents as a scuba and freediving instructor, guiding hundreds of students to find calm and confidence beneath the surface. Along the way, I trained relentlessly, turning my passion for the ocean into a life fully immersed in it.
The Wild Years
From leading shark research dives in South Africa to guiding manta encounters in Bali and competing as a U.S. top‑ten freediver, I’ve devoted my life to sharing the ocean’s raw beauty. With a camera in hand, I became obsessed with telling its stories, from striped marlin feeding frenzies to the quiet, powerful moments between whale songs.
What I Believe
The ocean is our first home and our ancestral hunting ground. I believe everyone can find strength, belonging, and awe in the sea. Through my work, I create experiences and imagery that invite people to rediscover their own wildness and feel at home in the water.
